We are all guided by ideas and associations that we are largely unaware of. Implicit Bias trainings will teach your team to recognize the impact of our biases and blind spots in how we navigate our social and workplace interactions. Participants will learn about the science of identifying and measuring implicit biases, and strategies for mitigating them. Interactive and non-judgmental discussions will help build communication and trust in your team.

This training will offer research and practical examples of hiring biases relevant to your industry. Participants will learn to identify cognitive and psychological explanations for hiring biases and learn strategies for mitigating them. This interactive training will offer practical solutions for creating a more diverse and equitable organization.

Hacking Your Intuition:
Knowing how cognitive shortcuts streamline, and sometimes undermine your decision making.

The science of behavioral economics has uncovered numerous cognitive shortcuts that both guide and undermine good decision making. This training will familiarize participants with a sample of these cognitive shortcuts and provide practical examples that participants will recognize in their own experiences. This interactive training session helps participants identify fallacies in their decision making and learn to improve negotiation skills, avoid common traps, and improve their critical thinking skills.
